Spotlight: All four wins at 7f including over this C&D (good to firm); been inconsistent this year but he ran respectably over 6f here last time and is now 4lb lower than for his last success; could be dangerous back up in trip.

Spotlight: 12-race maiden but was good third at Hamilton (8.3f, good) last month and he ran into a major improver when a 9l second at Ripon (1m, soft) last time; seems fairly versatile ground-wise and has possibilities if he gets a good pace back at this trip.

Spotlight: His last win was in October 2023 but he's run some good races on AW this year, including when second at Wolverhampton (7f) on his penultimate run; now returns to turf for the first time in 12 months but he's a triple winner in this sphere and is not ruled out.

Spotlight: Off the mark at Southwell (7f, AW) in March but he's not come close to that form since and is now 1-22; others preferred.

Spotlight: His last win was off this mark at Ayr (7f, good) last autumn but he's been out of sorts in last three runs and latest was over C&D (good to soft) last month; this return to quicker ground looks a positive but he needs a big turnaround.

Spotlight: Reappeared with a good second off reduced mark at Beverley (7.4f, good to firm) last month but flopped with a heavy defeat over 1m here (good to soft) last time; now drops back in trip but he's still a maiden after ten starts and others are more solid.

Spotlight: Won off 2lb higher at Chelmsford (7f, AW) in March but has mixed record since and he finished ninth of ten at Carlisle (6f, soft) last month and was last of nine here (1m, good) last week; has quite a bit to prove again and needs to turn things around.

Spotlight: Finished down the field in all six starts and he's been beaten 10l or more in his last two handicaps; mark continues to fall but has lots to prove back up in trip.
